Tapas Guidelines
Dear Customer,
We are delighted that you are considering purchaseing one of our Tapas Towers.
If this order does not reach you in perfect condition please return the package and contents with the courier who delivered it. Unfortunately we cannot accept any liability once the package has been signed for.
To ensure that our products remain in perfect condition we advise you to take the following precautions:
For Tapas Tower:
- It is recommended that you do not place Tapas Tower in any dishwasher - Wipe Clean Only.
- Ensure that external rings are placed on tapas tower securely before placing any dishes onto it.
- Please exercise caution when carrying Tapas Tower to
table – please ensure that you conduct your own personal risk assessment. - Ensure that you do not swing the tapas tower when you have food in the dishes as this will cause spillage.
- Please use all 3 external rings when offering more than three dishes to your customer as this will help stabilise the Tapas Tower.
- Ensure that you place the Tapas Tower in the centre of the table so it does not become a hazard.
For Tapas Dishes:
- Please soak tapas dishes in warm water for 15 minutes prior to use as this seals the terracotta and prolongs the life of the dish.
- Please avoid sudden changes in temperature this will crack the tapas dish.
- Make sure you do not overfill the tapas dishes to avoid unnecessary spillage.
- Ensure that tapas dishes are inserted into the tower correctly before transportation to table with the lip of the tapas dishes resting securely in the rings of the Tapas Tower.
- Caution: Tapas dishes will become extremely hot when placed in oven/microwave please handle with care.
