Preheat grill. Lift prawns from dish and place on grill rack; brush with any liquid remaining in dish and grill for 3-4 minutes until bright pink.
In another small bowl, stir together the remaining oil and lemon juice, the tomato, chilli, parsley and salt and pepper.
Spoon over hot prawns and serve garnished with parsley sprigs and lemon slices and rind.
